Our Key Services
As many HSE consultancy jobs or projects are unique to the specific customer or location we prefer to give individual job or project prices to customers (please call for quotes or use the enquiry form in our Contact Us page); however the following gives an indication of our general price range for day or hourly rates and for key services and specific HSE packages:
■ Our hourly rate: £75 1st hour - £45 thereafter
■ Our daily rate: £345
■ Out of hours or weekend consultancy rate: Add 25% to standard rate (excludes those on any of our support plans)
These fees cover: onsite consultancy meeting, writing of safety documentation/reports or carrying out research - Travel expenses may apply separately.

✓ Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) : 1-4 from £175 ea (5+ £POA)

✓ Annual review and update of H&S management system documents e.g. risk assessments, polices and procedures etc: from £75
✓ Accident/Incident investigation (RIDDOR & Dangerous/Significant Occurrence) + Investigation report: from £350

How do we keep our costs so low?
We can keep our consultancy fees low because we don’t work from large modern offices in the city, therefore we have little overheads to pass on to our clients. Our aim has always been to provide a Health and Safety service which is affordable to our clients and which is matched to their business requirements.

Our fees are calculated on; number of employees, size/number of premises and risk level of business activities or billable hours.

Where travel expenses apply, mileage will be charged at £0.60 per first 100 miles, then at £0.45 per mile thereafter and is calculated to and from visit location.
Our Competent Person Support Plans
Having access to competent health and safety advice is a legal requirement. All employers must appoint competent persons to assist them in meeting their health and safety responsibilities.
We offer a range of Competent Person packages to help our customers meet their legal requirements. Each package is designed to provide the right level of support for your business for a monthly fee.
We recognise that everybody’s needs are different, so we can tailor a bespoke package to match your requirements.
